Which is why, in the light of a report about a presumed insulation defect in an electrical cable that might pose a fire hazard and may potentially affect a limited range of serial numbers of the portable air conditioners - Dolceclima Air Pro 14 code 01917 from 3150A0080001 to 3150A0081728, we have voluntarily decided to recall from the market, as a matter of precaution, the products bearing the following serial numbers from 3150A0080001 to 3150A0081728.

Consequently, if you possess a portable air conditioner Dolceclima Air Pro 14 code 01917 bearing one of the above-mentioned serial numbers, we hereby request that you stop using it immediately and contact your dealer, who will provide you with all the necessary support.

Any costs for inspections and/or replacements will be borne by us. You do not need a receipt or a proof of purchase. Products not marked with the serial numbers highlighted above do not require any intervention and can be used.
