Solution

Built between the late 19th and early 20th century, this residence consists of a ground floor with an inner courtyard, a first residential floor, and an attic that is only partially habitable. In the past, it had already undergone partial renovation, with the service pipes running along the walls—partly recessed and partly exposed—since in these houses the screed thickness was very limited. During the refurbishment of the flooring, the slab level was raised by about 10 cm to accommodate the new systems, in particular the air conditioning system entrusted to Olimpia Splendid solutions: a Sherpa Monobloc heat pump powering eight Bi2 hydronic fan coils, in both the free-standing Air version and the built-in Naked version.
