Trulli and lamias, completely immersed in the greenery of the Itria Valley countryside, make up this newly built farmhouse designed as a hospitality facility. The need to produce large quantities of domestic hot water to meet the requirements of six double rooms, combined with the desire to make the most of the photovoltaic and solar thermal system through high-efficiency full-electric solutions, made heat pumps with Aquadue technology the ideal choice. The ability to produce domestic hot water up to 75 °C independently not only increases the self-consumption of the energy produced, but also boosts the amount of hot water available, ensuring rapid recovery times. Built-in fan coils and fan-assisted radiators guarantee maximum architectural integration and fast start-up for optimal comfort.
