In a villa located in the province of Bologna, designed and built to ensure low energy demand for air conditioning and domestic hot water production, an SiOS Olimpia Splendid system was installed, combining a heat pump with built-in fan radiators. This building–system integration has achieved excellent results in terms of indoor comfort and energy savings, earning an Energy Class A4 rating and Nearly Zero-Energy Building (Nzeb) certification. Designing the home with a focus on occupant well-being, through the use of renewable energy sources, ensures very high energy performance while fully respecting the environment and delivering a quick and cost-effective return on investment.
