A newly built Nzeb (Nearly Zero Energy Building) residence in the province of Brescia was equipped with a climate control system designed to meet the needs of its sole occupant, who is often away for work. Even in a home that is only occasionally inhabited, the systems must ensure both comfort and rapid delivery of the required indoor climate and domestic hot water. The installed SiOS Olimpia Splendid system fully meets these needs. Comprising a Sherpa Aquadue Tower heat pump and Bi2 Naked built-in fan radiators, the system provides simultaneous air conditioning and domestic hot water production, ensuring uninterrupted home comfort.
