The project made it possible, on one hand, to restore and enhance the most valuable architectural features and, on the other, to electrify all the building’s energy consumption.

Solution
In an ancient district of Brescia’s historic center, just a few steps from the Universities, a 4-story building was completely renovated in 2017. The project allowed, on the one hand, the restoration and enhancement of its most valuable architectural features, and on the other, the electrification of all the building’s energy consumption. Now used as a residence, the property has been transformed into a contemporary space characterized by the total absence of gas, high energy efficiency (Class B), and full-electric climate comfort provided by Olimpia Splendid. In every room and in the common areas, Unico air conditioners without outdoor unit were installed. The need to preserve the building’s architectural beauty with a lean, non-invasive system—both inside and out—combined with the desire to guarantee year-round comfort that is safe, easy to manage, and quick to start up, found the ideal solution in Olimpia Splendid. The 9 installed units provide heating, cooling, and dehumidification, with power outputs ranging from 1.8 to 3 kW and different aesthetic finishes, carefully selected to best integrate with the available under-window spaces.
